No. Once you activate the eSIM via QR, the 15-day validity period begins and it cannot be installed on another mobile. You can share your data with another device via Tethering.

How do I activate eSIM for Europe?
Activating your eSIM on your mobile is simple. It will depend on whether you are using an iPhone, or another Apple device, or an Android. Once you arrive in your destination country, you must connect to a wifi network and follow the steps below, which may vary from one device to another. On Apple, go to Settings > Mobile Data > Add Data Plan. Scan the QR code and enter the PIN, both of which will have been sent to you by email.
If you have Android, the process is similar. Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager > Add mobile plan > Add using QR code. Scan the code and PIN and you're done.
